Our combined experience in identifying, designing and delivering training or development interventions at all organisational levels gives us an ideal background to ensure that we help you improve and build your business.
We have substantial experience in structuring, delivering and managing open and in-company programmes to support recognised qualifications with such awarding bodies as the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at both Certificate and Diploma levels.

Our approach is to design creative, tailored responses and combine these with measurable outcomes, working with organisations to help them develop their people and therefore change the levels of their performance.
It is on this basis that Development Matters was formed: to offer a unique partnership to clients, based on pragmatic and transferable learning into their business.

Some years ago, we undertook market research that clearly established that our clients shared our belief in working in partnership with their training provider. That belief is still as strong today, and it is this talent for specifically tailoring high quality provision and matching the resultant response to the organisational culture that is one our key market differentiators.
Our other key differentiator is our mix of hands-on management experience that, together with academic rigour, is underpinned by our personal drive and enthusiasm for the work we undertake.
