Lincolnshire County Council

Development Matters has been providing short training courses for managers in Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) for the last 3 years.  The programme was titled “Enhancing Performance in Lincolnshire” (EPiL).   Recently, LCC produced a report which included feedback from managers who had been asked a series of questions to quantify the success of these programmes.   The following are extracts from this report:
