iPPSA Courses
iPPSA Ltd (The International Print Purchasing Standards Association) is the trade association for buyers of print. Part of iPPSA's remit is to provide a range of appropriate and targeted bespoke training courses to their members.
Paper Matters, (a division of Development Matters Ltd) is pleased to be a close partner of iPPSA in this venture and we are providing 13 short one-day courses starting in February 2010. Each course runs three times per year (the dates for the first two are shown below) and all of them will be delivered in Leicestershire.

Development Matters is running a TRAIN THE TRAINER course for all trainers wishing to meet iPPSA's strict criteria for companies offering training and development to their members.
This 3-day course will be run in Leicester on 18th - 20th January 2010. Lunch and refreshments are included in the total cost of:
£450 + VAT per person (iPPSA members)
£585 + VAT per person (non-iPPSA members)

Indicative Programme
Day 1
- An Introduction to training and learning
- Identifying training needs
- Designing training interventions
Day 2
- Delivering training to individuals and groups
- Evaluating training
Day 3
- Skills practice and feedback on 1-2-1 and 1 to a group training sessions
On successful completion of the programme, delegates will receive a Development Matters Certificate and be authorised to deliver iPPSA training courses.
