History
Development Matters was established in 1999. Our first office was in a small attic in a converted barn near Warwick , with a wonderful view over green fields.
The company rapidly expanded however, and after a couple of moves, is now established in offices on one of the University of Warwick sites in Binley
The company's belief in the importance of development extends to its own team; amongst other activities team members have successfully completed a Masters Degree, qualifications in Coaching and in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and have attended many other events to build their own continuous professional development. This has also given us the scope to expand the services and products that we offer our clients.
From the handful of clients who supported Development Matters in its early days, the list has grown exponentially, but there are still familiar faces.
