Our Ethos

Development Matters Limited is a training and development company offering advice, ideas, expertise and answers. Our business is founded on a number of values that are important to us and, we hope, to you too.

  • We aim to build our business through long-term relationships of trust with clients, working with them to achieve their goals through appropriate and relevant interventions, delivered to the highest standards and evaluated where appropriate against national standards.
  • We believe that everyone is capable of development and will benefit from development. We have worked with team leaders and supervisors who left school with no qualifications, through to Chief Executives of large corporations. Our approaches may be different, but our vision is the same: to inspire, to develop and so to facilitate change.
  • We do not offer standard ‘off-the-peg' training courses; we seek to create unique, imaginative and relevant solutions that will match our clients' culture, values and goals.
