QUALIFICATIONS
Development Matters offers a range of courses accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI ) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
The benefits of offering nationally accredited programmes are two-fold. For learners, they provide tangible evidence of the work they put in and a recognised qualification at the end of the course. For businesses, they provide competitive national benchmarks of measurable excellence, and can attract the highest calibre of staff.
Courses are run in accordance with the requirements of the awarding body but can be tailored to suit your needs. For example they can be delivered in 2-day modules, week-long segments or any other format. They can also be augmented to include extra content and material that might not be specified on the programme prospectus, and supplemented by appropriate written materials.
